Yoga is a holistic discipline that combines physical postures, breath control, meditation,and ethical principles to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It seeks to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit, while stimulating balance and inner peace. Join us  for a transformative journey into the world of yoga with Inka. 

Inka is a dedicated yogi for over two decades. Thanks to extensive global training in Hatha, Ashtanga Mysore, and Vijnana yoga she teaches a unique and hybrid form of yoga. Next to this Inka studied Eastern Languages and Cultures at Ghent University, culminating in a master’s degree in Comparative Religion Studies & Anthropology, including a recent graduation in Chinese Medicine. 

Inka’s deep fascination with Eastern arts enriches her teaching, offering a unique perspective within her calming, breath-centric yoga style. Whether you’re an experienced practitioner or a beginner, you’re warmly invited to experience the power of Sthiram sukham, the healthy balance between effort and ease.

Join Inka’s yoga philosophy workshop and explore what yuj, or ‘binding together’, is. 

The word yoga is most commonly described as deriving from the Sanskrit root yuj., meaning to bind together, connect, … In this workshop we will explore what this union is. It includes a broad overview of dualism (the two parts that ought to be united) in yogic thought and seeking union and connection in different era’s of Yogic history. We will also explore the purpose of asana within the yoga tradition.
